The glasses arrived with a twisted frame. Not fit for purpose! I was offered a refund of £1.50 - I offered to return them and I received an offer of £3.00 which they state is their maximum refund policy. They don't seem to want the glasses back. I wonder why????? TOTAL LIES AND SCAM. The glasses are terrible, plastic and large lenses. Don't bother

Disappointed as they do not do what I wanted
First of all I thought it took a long line to arrive I was really looking forward to them coming but as soon as the parcel arrived I thought it was packaged in a cheap not appealing.A plane cardboard box with no glasses case spelled oh no cheap cheap cheap. The glasses themselves do not do what I wanted ie I did not want to be taking them on and off my face ,and the only reason I bought them , but that's exactly what has happened!.I think the plastic arms are cheap plastic and my biggest grumble is the lens have a yellow ish tinge,at first I thought it was a film you can peel off but you can't. The only thing good about them is they are comfortable to wear. However they do not do what I wanted which was to wear them for reading and watching television. However once again I have to take them on and off dozens of times.

My partner had cataract operations but one eye hadn't really improved that much and the sun was blinding him. So bought these very black wrap around glasses, they've improved his problem greatly. Came with a decent box and bag. Ordered and were delivered by 7am.He definitely would order again.

SCAM!! If I could give this zero stars I would! I ordered bras and followed the sizing guide to choose the right size (as they do not use the UK sizing system - instead they use S, M, L, XL etc.) When they arrived they are way too big but the worst thing is that they absolutely stink! They smell of stale smoke - like they have been made in a room with someone smoking 40 a day! I immediately contacted the company and fed this back and requested a return / full refund and I got dismissed again and again They sent me £3 compensation despite me telling them multiple times that I did not want the product They told me to air them to get rid of the smell and give them to a friend! They then said there was nothing they could do so I went to Paypal - I'm still having the same conversation with this company via Paypal now! I've asked for them to be returned and refunded at least 8 times now and am just being dismissed Avoid this company at all costs!

I so wanted to like these bras but I'm afraid I'm not impressed. Top marks for comfort but the lift is not as good as you get with an under wired bra (I'm a UK 38DD). My boobs got very sweaty too because of the material. Top marks also for the level of communication re stages of delivery.
