Dreadful retailers to deal with

I ordred a bra in my regular UK size, it took over a month to arrive. When I questioned this first I was told it had gone missing, then I was told it had been returned to the seller by customs. It spuriously turned up after about 4/5 weeks together with a note from Royal Mail to the effect the postage was short by £1.50. The sizing was ludicrou. I am a size 36F occasionallly a G cup so ordered 36 F. It was ridiculously large and bore no resemblance whatsoever to a UK sizing - no mention is ever made of this in the advertising. In fairness the item was very nice but it would fit someone twice my size. They offered me £2.00 by way of 'compensation' (as if - I shelled out just under £20 for the item + postage) - hardly compensation in my eyes, then they generously increased it to a whole 3 of our English Pounds - just WOW!! Again I replied that all I wanted was an exchange of sizes & I was prepared to fund the return postage. Approvalk reckoned they'd "Done their bestto meet my request'. If thats their best I wouldnt like to see their worst! Dont bother with this sham of a retailer

Poor product. And no return. Just kept telling me they would have to take it out their own pocket so couldn't afford to as not many wages?!!!!

I am very pleased to say Approvalk have been very helpful in finding my parcels. After confusion about my parcels delivery by a local carrier, they where able to help me find my parcels that had been put behind my bin. They where very polite and so helpful and am very happy to recommended them. Mrs J Bishop.

They have a non-existant returns…

They have a non-existant returns policy. It's not mentioned anywhere, they just tell you to contact them. When you do, a badly configured bot responds apologising with some nonsense about late delivery. Simply cannot get a response about how to return the item for a refund.

Returns have to be sent to China

I ordered a bra after seeing a Facebook advert. I used the size guide on the website and was reassured by the promise of easy returns if it didn't fit. When it arrived it was far too big. I emailed asking about the returns process. They said they had sent the size I ordered and should pass it on to a friend. They offered £3 compensation. I refused saying I wanted to return it. They offered £6. I asked for the return address. It was in China. I had to send it back at my own expense. Postage was almost as much as the bra cost. They also overcharged me by adding a 'tax' amount to the invoice. They did refund this saying it was a system error but I suspect most people wouldn't notice. So the website is misleading about sizes and returns and that the company is based in China. The bra itself would have been okay if it actually fitted.
