Any "project" small or large will be a testing moment at many points. One must keep "cool" and know how to work through issues which are guaranteed to happen. Lucas was a gentleman at working through "issues" if you got that" you'll be Ok. Know that a lot of couples separate while working on "projects".
At the point I met with this company I'm so glad to have him they're so good for communication flexible for any changes and really friendly to talk always answers phone calls and text messages and response fast professionally educated well to do this kind of job keep planning to work in future and highly recommended
I found Joe on his company arch designs. I believe through bark.com. He was able to negotiate his fee for doing our plans for our small project. Joel and I had several phone calls conference meetings to get all the kinks worked out in our set that we submitted to the city for our permit. It’s nice having a responsive design architectural firm to work with a lot of times there’s a long lol and wait for response back for simple items for correction. We will be using him again on our next upcoming project. I typically had one to two day turnaround for. Changes and stamp approval.
The team was friendly and responsive. Even when I was frustrated, they stayed calm and professional.
The company maintained a high level of professionalism from submission to completion.
I've dealt with bad support before, so this was refreshing. Straightforward answers and no unnecessary back and forth.
The team was friendly and responsive. Even when I was frustrated, they stayed calm and professional.
Customer service was actually decent. I had a small issue and they responded quicker than I expected. Really helpful.
Keneth was great to work with and had a lot of patience with me. The best part of him was promptness responding very quickly. . I highly recommend this company to anyone!
Working with Arch Designs Alpha was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took our vague ideas for a home makeover and turned them into detailed architectural drawings that were easy for the contractor to follow.
Everything was handled professionally, personal and responsive. Got our ADU plans approved without a single hiccup.
Lucas is a liar and has zero follow though on anything. Won't refund my money on a job he wouldn't do. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. You've been warned. Lose your money at your own risk.
