Great purchase
I order this bed to have in our bonus room for friends. Customer service was great and helped me get it delivered when I wanted it. It was super simple to put together. Nothing was broken and directions were easy. The finished product is exactly the way it’s described. We have guest coming soon and excited for them to sleep on it.

Good quality bed, delivery could be upgraded a notch.
The bed is great quality and comes carefully packaged. The communication with the company was and continues to be very responsive and helpful. I would have appreciated the bed box being brought into the house/room it was going to vs. the front door step or garage as I was told were my only options. The box was crazy heavy. I really had to talk the driver into taking away the giant pallet. There are many steps for initial set up as well as an fyi, although the video and directions are very clear and helpful.

Smooth Delivery and amazing customer experience
I found the cabiner bed recommendation on Reddit and I reached out to the compamy over the weekend with some questions and they got back to me right away and helped me with my order and got it shipped and delivered right away. It was not difficult to assemble the bed and I am extremely happy with their product. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

I ordered a Night and Day Poppy Murphy Bed in the color “Skye”, which is blue as indicated by the picture on the store’s website. The bed that was delivered to me is the wrong color. It is not blue. The bed that was delivered to me is a light green color, named on the box and paperwork as “Seafoam”. I promptly notified the company of the mistake. They just tried to gaslight me by saying that the correct product was delivered, it’s just that the manufacturer changed the name from Skye to Seafoam. The picture on their website still to this day displays the bed, named Skye, in a blue color. The store’s website does not offer a bed in the green color called “Seafoam”. The manufacturer’s website displays a bed in the color “Seafoam”, and it is green, not blue as shown by the store’s website called “Skye”. I was delivered a green Murphy bed called Seafoam, not the blue Murphy bed pictured on their website and named Skye on my order form. They have not offered to exchange the bed, they have not offered a refund and to pick it up, they have not even offered a partial refund/discount for me to keep a green bed that I did not order. They have not taken any responsibility for their mistake. Update June 20, 2026: I was offered and accepted a partial refund of $250 on the $3000 purchase. They also were apologetic. I will have to modify/refinish the item from green to blue in order for it to match the decor of the room. The refund was received on 6/20/2026. Review updated from 1 star to 3 stars.

I was skeptical about how much of a…
I was skeptical about how much of a hassle a cabinet bed would be, but this exceeded my expectations. Delivery went smoothly and assembly was way easier than I thought it'd be for something this size. The bed itself is actually comfortable too, which I was a little worried about. The best part is the space savings. Compared to my old queen bed, this freed up so much room and made everything feel way more open. Really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone trying to save space in a smaller room.

I still don’t have the bed and you keep telling me you are contacting the shippers who allegedly have it and I have to keep asking you every few days what is happening. It’s been since April I think. Please please please get me the bed

This Murphy bed is beautiful
This bed is beautiful, high quality, and very easy to open and close. The mattress is also much more comfortable than I expected. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, and it was absolutely worth it. Since I live alone, even if I had asked someone to help me, it probably would have taken us an entire day to put it together. The package was also extremely heavy and barely fit into my building’s old elevator, so I honestly have no idea how I would have managed it myself without help. Thankfully, two wonderful men from the Archic company brought everything in, unpacked it, and completed the assembly in about 30 minutes since part of it was already pre-assembled. They even took all the packaging and garbage with them afterward. They were professional, kind, and lovely to work with. I’m extremely happy with the final product and highly recommend this bed to anyone living in a studio apartment. It fits beautifully into the space and offers a lot of storage as well.

Awesome product and customer service
Customer service was very easy to work with! They reached out right away when they realized the requested assembly charge was going to be more than estimated and provided options so we could determine the best choice for our budget. The optional trays we purchased didn’t arrive with the delivery and customer service was there the whole way through to help remedy the situation and keep us posted. And the Murphy bed cabinet is wonderful! Would definitely purchase from here again!
