CABINET BED - QUEEN
I recently purchased a Queen-sized Cabinet Bed from Archic Furniture, and I am beyond pleased with my purchase. The cabinet is absolutely beautiful and looks like a high-quality piece of furniture in our study. It's hard to believe it transforms into such a comfortable bed!
Setting it up is incredibly easy and can be done by one person in just a couple of minutes. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable, making it perfect for overnight guests.
I also want to give a special thank you to Natalie. She provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish.

Excellent service and product
The cabinet queen bed we purchased is lovely. It fits our family room perfectly. The piece is large and would be difficult to accommodate in a small room. We used white glove service and the delivery and construction was flawless. The bed itself is nice and has a firm mattress. We may add a mattress topper for greater comfort for some guests. I will do business with Archic again. No hassles what so ever.

I ordered the Night and Day Cube Cabinet Murphy Bed to be shipped to my house. It arrived in excellent condition and Archic Furniture reached out to remind me to look at it so if there was any damage, I should let them know. Great, personal service which is saying something since I’m not local!

This bed is perfect for my office/sensory room. It stays on the back wall out of the way and you can’t even tell. It’s a bed. It just looks like a beautiful storage cabinet. The bed is actually comfortable and very easy to set up. I put it together by myself and I’m able to pull the lid off and set up the bed as needed for when we have guests. I would recommend this style of bed to anyone over a pullout couch it’s perfect for multipurpose rooms and looks so much better than the competition

They seemed easily confused and as a result, couldn't effectively handle the replacement of a damaged item. My shipment was delayed for over a month while they fumbled around trying to figure out what to to, and in the end they refused to replace the damaged and destroyed item (which was obviously dropped off a truck and then dragged across the pavement). They issued me a refund and then removed the item from their web site in an effort to keep me from reordering it, which is a pretty sleazy tactic to pull on a customer. They told me to keep the broken piece of furniture which I then had to dispose of.
A horrible experience from a customer standpoint, and to be clear I will never order from them again.

Great product overall!!
The delivery was somewhat problematic, in that the package had been damaged in transit but there was no visible damage to the bed. All parts were there. The bed was fairly easy to assemble, although the directions were a little confusing. The mattress is very comfortable and the design allows for saving space in the guest room.
