The entire process was very easy and quick. Funds were received the next day after signing the agreement and posting collateral. The highlight of the service was when I had concerns about the wording of the agreement. Staff reached out and not only explained my confusion, but took my feedback to adjust the document in under 24 hours to be more clear. That erased any remaining skepticism I had.

Arch Lending was a pleasure to work with. My questions were answered fully, competently, and completely. They provided me an opportunity to read through the Bitcoin collateral based loan documentation prior to completing the transaction. Once I was comfortable...upon confirmation of transfrerring Bitcoin via the Bitcoin block chain...Arch initiated an ACH within minutes and I received $ funds next day.

Quick, easy, less than 24 hour turnaround, my bank account fully funded. Arch is great and they dont lend out your Bitcoin to try and make more money off of it (rehypothecation) like some other lending companies do. They keep it locked up in segregated wallets with Anchorage Digital which was why I went with them!!! Thank you Mark Moss for recommending them to the rest of us:)

The whole process was super easy! Got my money fast and then I repaid the loan. Initially had some trouble with the withdrawal button for my BTC on the dashboard, but Freddy (Head of Biz Dev) reached out personally to walk me through their security protocols. It turns out they require a test transaction for new wallets, which is a great safety feature. Once that was cleared, I got my full collateral back quickly. Fast process and great personal support when I needed it.

I like the user interface/platform
I like the user interface/platform, it was simple to understand. You can play with the numbers and it updates immediately to show monthly payment and any fees. Also, the price of my crypto had dropped a few times and they sent emails every time without auto liquidating me. Giving me the option to add more collateral if needed. I can't say anything bad about them, they did exactly as they mentioned. I'll probably do another loan in the future.
