I wanted to make an adjustment to a payment. Craig was rude said he was a manager right away and said he was unable to. I have been on time except one other time. I said I called awhile back and agent was nice. All of a sudden Craig changed his tune and said let me see what I can do. I would never treat my customers the way he did with his tone. My friend got a loan from Upstart and they were so friendly and way lower rates. That's where I will go if need be in the future.
