They stole my money, I thought I was buying a escooter, instead they took 50 euros from my account and turned them into credits,,they say I can use them to buy from their store,but there is nothing in the store,they also said if I write them a 5 Star rating I would get my money back, when I said I would give them one after I got my money back, no that don't work, I gotta figure out how to get my money back

Linked to BT iPhone competition. On entering the link to win the prize and was informed I needed to pay ££9.99 for shipping. My debit card was rejected although valid and within date. Got an alert from my bank for fraud by the company. An amount attempted to be taken was for £8.64 for a membership! Spoke with my bank and had to have a new card as the one I had used had been blocked. I have to wait 10 days for a new one. In the meantime I have to use a credit card for groceries and essentials. I note from comments on the site I am not the first person to report this scam.You need to sort it out. Vulnerable people are being targeted
