I had just moved into a new apartment and needed some additional art pieces to hang. I had never before used a company like Art by Maudsch. I ordered 3 paintings. I was more than satisfied with the entire experience. The communication process was so efficient and timely, even friendly. Progress reports were much appreciated. On receiving the photos/videos for review, I noticed one of the paintings was somewhat off on the colour compared to the website sample. No problem and it was corrected to my satisfaction. The packing for delivery was very thorough and secure. Delivery was on time. And the paintings, all three, are beautiful and are now up for display. Overall, a really great experience, service, and finished art product. Thanks so much.

Beautiful Artwork, but Plan Ahead
My experience was a bit of a rocky start. Before placing my order, I had several questions but was unable to reach anyone by phone. I later realized that the phone number listed on the website was an international number, so my only option was to communicate by email.
Even though I had concerns, I decided to place the order because I needed the wall art within three weeks. I also found that the estimated production and shipping timeline was longer than I had expected, and I only came to understand the process as time went on. Unfortunately, the delay created scheduling challenges with my interior decorator, and because the company is based in Europe, the back-and-forth email communication naturally took longer.
That said, the final product made the wait worthwhile. The wall art is absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Despite the communication and timing challenges, I am very pleased with the quality of the finished piece.

This painting is beautiful
This painting is beautiful. Exactly as expected. Shipped and wrapped with care!
The picture itself is pretty but I made a mistake in the size instead of square I should have ordered a rectangle shape

Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad to hear that you love the painting. Please note that if you would like to exchange your square artwork for a rectangular version, please let us know by sending us an email, and we would be happy to help. But if not, we truly hope you enjoy your new piece!
