its my 3rd order, the first two times, I was very hoary, this time, not so much, first. the delivery man, just dropped it off downstairs, like its a garbage bag, not even try to at less leave it by my door, I pay over 2K for that. and second, the whole package is damage and the frame is damage, which I am working on dispute part of the charge

The process was seamless from ordering to receipt of the art. The company is very responsive to all inquiries and concerns. I was able to view and request modifications throughout the process and I love the finished work of art!

Always communicated with me via text during the entire process on the status of the work being done on my picture . Proof, when picture was completed, when it went to framing etc. When i had question the response was immediately.

I really liked the broad range of artwork available. There were status updates on my painting's progress throughout the process and the ability to make minor modifications, if desired. Having now received the painting, it is a high-quality piece and very nicely framed. I would highly recommend Art by Maudsch!

This piece has completely elevated the energy in my living room—I absolutely love looking at it! The customer service was also fantastic and incredibly responsive. I would definitely buy from them again. The only minor hiccup was a tiny bit of smudged paint, likely from being packed while still wet, but it’s barely noticeable and totally understandable. Overall, a solid 9/10. Thank you!
