I've been using these pens for years, they are reliable and last a long time. Nice even lines every time.

I met some reps at the NASCC here in Atlanta. Very helpful and informative. Which got our business immediately. Made an order as soon as we left the show. I know they are just markers. But being in the steel industry finding a good one to stand up with continuous markings is hard to come by. But these are the absolute best ones i have found for our company to have on us at all times.

Repeat customer

All the markers I've ordered from here have been exceptional. They work great. They have so much variety, it's incredible. They don't smell weird. I really appreciate the quality. They also ship promptly.

I love that they sell refill liquid

I love that they sell refill liquid. Because of the quality of their markers, these can last a lifetime with the refill. Fast shipping!

I want a refund

I want a refund. The pen does not cover --"obscure information permanently" It's already going dry and I've only been trying to cover signatures on 50 or so pages. Please let me know how to return. DONNA SASSO

Great quality items

Great quality items, packaged with care and received in perfect condition. Delivery was slow, though I'm sure it is to keep the customers price down. All in all, couldn't be happier with Artline USA.

The cap for the 509 dry marker required…

The cap for the 509 dry marker required more than 6 lbs of force to remove it. I know that keeping air out of the marker tip is important but there are ways to do this without requiring a lot of force on a snap mechanism. I thought it was a twist off at first because of this.

Great markers

Great markers, glad to use once again.

Arrived Quickly & Works Well

My order arrived quickly and it works very well! I needed to label dark clothing for various trips where laundry may be accidentally misplaced/mixed. This shows up well on dark AND light colors! Waiting to see how many washes it lasts.

My experience

I received tracking information that the produce was in New Jersey on February 28th . In desperation I ordered one from Amazon that arrived yesterday.

Dear Sirs,

Dear Sirs, I received my order today. As you can see in the attached page, the black ink markers came dry. I will appreciate that you send me replacements. Many thanks,

Nobody else had what I needed!

Paints

The ease of ordering. The items arrived precisely the day I was given when they were ordered. Thank you
