Hello Sara, Thank you so much for your feedback! We always value hearing from customers and helping make sure they can receive their orders. An important part of making our personalized products is getting them into our customers' hands, and that's part of the business we take very seriously. Our customer service team has already reached out to the carrier, who is investigating your delivery as it was last scanned in transit to you. Once we have heard back from the carrier, we'll reach out to you again over email to help ensure you can receive your package. We appreciate your patience and will be in touch by tomorrow at the latest. Best regards, ArtPix 3D.
Not quite what I envisioned
Detail of photo on acrylic looked very good, and image shows on both sides. However based on the ad I saw online, I thought the pendant had metal around the edge (stainless steel). I was wrong! Also the thickness of the pendant makes it less desirable to wear as it is heavy. I may convert it into a Christmas ornament and hang it on a display stand instead.

It was fantastic and it was exactly what I was expecting. I’d ordered the high resolution one, little bit higher price… but it was worth it. In other hand I got my order really quick, not any delays. Overall had a great experience with this.
