Always up to Par when I need something order.this is my go to Gift for love one for different occasions!
Beautiful
Product was easy to order and the final crystal was even nicer than expected. It also came in a lovely, lined box.
Quality Picture Perfect
I was a little skeptical since my request was last minute and I wanted to make sure I still got a quality product in time. I reviewed a few videos to try to get a good idea but seeing the actual picture within the crystal with the detail that it shows was exceptional! There was also a very quick turnaround in a matter of days from the time that I placed the order to receiving the delivery... just really pleased with how efficient and quick I was able to receive this to present as a retirement gift for a soldier who served the army as an exceptional quartermaster. Well done ArtPix!
Looks great

Received the medium crystal heart and very happy with it and the lighted stand. Got it in a timely manner even with the July 4th America 250 celebration going on. She is totally happy with this 15 year anniversary gift. Thank you!!!!!
Arrived on time and that is the only good thing I can say
The product arrived on time and that is where the positive ends. The result is absolutely terrible. If not on the lighted base you see absolutely nothing. If on the lighted base you cannot tell what if anything is inside. You can slightly see something but it is really bad. For the amount paid the end result was absolutely horrible. Been trying all afternoon to get information to return for a refund and so far each response is to take a picture of it on the base, off the base, with a dark background (which I did) and sent to them and stated I have zero interest in keeping this but so far nothing in regards to a return. 3 different responses all asking for more pictures which I have done each time. After the last round of pics no response.
