They delete posts. In fact they were sued and it was written in newsday. They over charge people. They think a dog crying is singing. They have staff that can’t answer questions. But on paper they sound good. Cause they delete the bad posts. Mine was
This is my third review. They seem to delet reviews. Just dont go here. They will rob you blind! The staff doesnt know how to answer questions. I did get a partial refund. but it should have been more. They made allot of money on me. and I am retired. But I wanted what was best for my dog Not to be taken for granted. Not to be thrown in debt!

I have never been in such a professional, caring, and welcoming environment where my little one felt safe. She normally is scared at every vet but here, she feels like she owns the place :). Every employee there is wonderful. They approach everything with care and delivering the best medical care for my little one.

Words do not do justice for how much gratitude that I have for Dr Infernuso, and the entire team at The Animal surgical center! Dr Infernuso truly cared about us and wanted the best outcome for my pup Ollie. The staff sent me photos during his recovery time there. They updated me with a phone call day and night on how Ollie was doing. The entire staff is phenomenal. It's pretty clear that everyone who works here truly has compassion for the work they do. Dr Infernuso is a gem.I was so greatful to have found him. Despite the complexity of a pericardiectomy surgery because of his knowledge and experience Ollie's heart is happy today!

Dr. Kamran and the team has been so kind and amazing! We came for our cat's lung lobectomy and from the beginning they were understanding and patient and we can't thank them enough for saving our cats life. I would recommend this place to anyone that love their fur babies and needs major support. They listened and answered all my questions even the weirdest ones.

I don’t even know where to begin. My dog needed emergency surgery, I was distraught. My vet sent me to ASC. From the moment I stepped in the door I was swallowed in kindness. To say they took care of my pet doesn’t it do to justice. They loved her like she was their own, they treated me like family. They saved her life. I am eternally grateful for the staff at ASC.

ASC has the most amazing people working there. From your initial phone call, the front desk staff, surgeons and vet techs, all take their time with you and are so caring and considerate with you and your pet. My boy Petey had two surgeries there to repair ACL and meniscus on both legs. Dr Infernuso is the best. I hope we never need his expertise again, but if we do, we will definitely return to ASC.

Beyond Grateful for Dr. Kamran Babamohammadi & The Whole Team at The Animal Surgical Center! 🐶 Finn's Surgery Our 10-year-old dog, Finn, had a scheduled surgery with Dr. Kamran, which we were incredibly nervous about. From the very beginning, Dr. Kamran was so incredibly kind, taking an immense amount of time and care to explain every single part of the surgery and the recovery process with us. To our absolute amazement, he called us every single night and morning after Finn’s surgery just to check in on his recovery. That level of dedication is unheard of! 🐱 Una's Emergency Surgery & Care Then, just five days later, the unthinkable happened. One of our cats, Una, required an emergency cystotomy—and Dr. Kamran performed it on Memorial Day! Her recovery has been a bit more complicated since we found out she suffers from FLUTD. However, both Dr. Kamran and Dr. Infernuso took great care and time to explain the condition to us and guide us through it. ❤️ An Incredible Support System It’s been a very stressful few weeks for us dealing with the surgeries and recoveries of two of our beloved babies at the same time. But Dr. Kamran and the entire staff have been absolutely incredible! No matter the time of day or night, someone has always been there to answer our questions and ease our worries. A Huge Thank You! Thank you so very much to the AMAZING Dr. Kamran, Dr. Infernuso, and all the veterinary technicians, assistants, managers, and receptionists at the Animal Surgical Center! My dog underwent her TPLO surgery and every step of the way I felt like the doctor and staff heard me and ensured I was comfortable with the process. they also were very quick to answer all of my questions during her recovery which alleviated a lot of stress.

The staff was amazing I felt very comfortable leaving Cassidy for her knee surgery they kept me notified through the whole process and when she came out they sent me a picture of my fur baby ready to get picked up

Dr Infernuso is a WOMDERFUL vet. He is kind and caring and compassionate. Although other vets told me my dog needed surgery, he told me he would try to treat my pet without surgery, and he was successful. I strongly recommend him

Great clinic and all the staff were so kind and accommodating especially Dr Short who did an excellent job on performing surgery to remove a tumor from Dexters left paw. He is doing so well and the surgical wound healed great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have their pets taken care of and you can trust them all when they perform surgeries.
