Technical consulting is ok, but not more than 70%.
As for commercial side, kind of a fraud. I have registered for a 1 time consulting, payed instantly by PayPal.now they reached for PayPal for a 2nd payment, though no further consulting required.

Subscription Scam
In February, I called for help. I don’t even remember what about. A nice little chat lady tried to help me. I remember I figured it out myself. She told me there was a one dollar charge. She did not say anything about a subscription. I saw the one dollar charge and then a $38 charge right after it I figured OK whatever but then I saw another $38 charge in March. I called and canceled the subscription about 10 minutes ago and asked for a refund of $78. That was the first time I was told of it being a subscription service.I asked for a refund and was only refunded $19
If the Customer Service person is not going to tell you that the one dollar signed you up for a monthly subscription then this is a scam

I’ve been trying my hardest to get a reasonable refund but they are being extremely rude and horrible to work with. First I signed up by accident and didn’t realize that I had signed up for two different services. Then the following month I saw a charge on my bank account for ask center. I emailed them to request a refund one day after the second charge for $38. After a lot of back and forth via email the refunded $19. For one day! A $19 charge for one day. WTF. I never even use it. So if I don’t wanna get ripped off don’t use ask center!!!
