We had a very tight timescale to find a suitable office to downsize to and Faye was a real asset in helping us achieve this. She came up with a long list of options within budget and scope and worked effortlessly even after we changed our budget to ensure we were able to secure a fantastic office space. This company was a Godsend, I had just given up on finding an office space myself before they contacted me. Joe was always available to answer my questions and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of finding my space. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and delivered a great portfolio of potential spaces. 10/10 highly recommended Officio to anyone. (I never ever write reviews too, but it’s the least I can do for Joe)

I reached out to Officio as I was looking for a space to rent around my area for over 6 months and wasn't being successful. Joe found so many more options and suggested we expanded our search to near by areas where I ended up finding what I needed and less then a week after I was signing the agreement. I strongly recommend Officio with special thanks to Joe for being so on point on his search and suggestions.

I have worked with Officio now for over 4/5 years. Specifically Jack E. They have a great platform, really good relationships with lots of premium space providers in London and they are always my go-to whenever I have been looking for space in London. Jack specifically is a trusted partner for me, got us some great deals over the years and I trust him implicitly with giving me an overview of the market and what I can expect to be looking at for the cost. Highly recommend!
Thank you for sharing your repeat experience with Officio, great to hear that Jack has consistently been a trusted partner for your office search over the years... and hopefully more to come! - Jasmine

Reece was really fantastic from the beginning through to signing my new lease. He always responded right away, he found me several possibilities to go look at, and then ultimately located the perfect office. I had been spinning my wheels trying to find a place for a while. Officio was by far the easiest, most efficient -- not to mention very pleasant -- way to find office space. I can totally recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, if the need arose. Thank you!
