CREXI MEMBERSHIP!! Absolutely avoid purchasing their membership. I’ve been attempting to cancel it since last November, but they’ve been evasive and continue to charge me monthly. Additionally, they consistently fail to attend scheduled meetings. Please refrain from buying CREXI memberships!!
I reached out to Crexi support because I couldn't access my account. Kayla was fantastic to work with. She explained that the login problem was a known bug that the product team was investigating, and instead of leaving me waiting, she created an account for me and sent a password setup link. Everything worked perfectly, and I was able to access my account right away. I really appreciated her proactive approach, clear communication, and willingness to help. Yet she was ultimately successful with this challenging customer, and I wound up with exactly what I needed. There will be a special place in heaven for people as patient as Krystle.

Diana was excellent providing Customer Support regarding lead capture. I only wish I would have contacted her sooner to make the very most of all that is offered through use of site. My only suggestion for higher satisfaction (note I've ranked it the highest I could) would be to have customer support assignment and contact of Crexi customer periodically - to answer any questions and to help ensure they make the very most of Crexi site features. CREXI offers the most efficient property upload process, plus the quickest customer service.
I was having an issue identifying the new listing for my saved clients and I reached out to Kayla at Crexi and she worked very hard / fast and coordinated with programmers to remedy my problem. Now the new listings are at the front of the search and are distinctly labeled correctly.
I enjoy the features that are available on a listed and sold property. Very useful in building proposals, LOIs, and Submarket reports. The new AI Research function is unique and I will be diving into this in the coming weeks. Finally, my customer service represenation (Erik Fuog) has been very helpful and informative on navigating the platform the way it was intended to be for the user.
Meresa and Alexa were both very helpful in resolving my issues. Their response time is amazing. If I could give them both a score of "10", I would.
Kayla was extremely helpful with offboarding a broker and reassigning listings. She went above and beyond to verify information and asked all the right questions throughout the process.
