Born-Again Crexi Lover! Way better than Loopnet/Costar For Advertising.

I recently signed up for Crexi after a trial. Crexi has been superior to Loopnet's advertising because I can have unlimited listings on Crexi, instead of having to pay $100/Silver listing on Loopnet. Crexi also does a better job at giving me contact info as prospects check out my listing, so I can much more effective follow up on their interest and see more detail on interest levels. I put in my cancellation order for my 5 Silver listings on Loopnet, as it is just too expensive, not as valuable and too much monopolistic attitude from Loopnet/Costar employees. I'd encourage you to try Crexi, and to consider cancelling your Loopnet premium listings.

Great Functionality

Crexi has been making great updates over the past several years. One of the easiest to use and most functional CRE platforms currently.

I spent over an hour building a…

I spent over an hour building a complete commercial property listing for a prime office asset in Porto, Portugal. Your platform already has properties listed in Portugal, which led me to believe international listings were possible. After completing all fields, uploading documents, and configuring the full listing, I was blocked. There is no warning of this requirement anywhere during the registration or listing process. When I contacted support, I was told this was an "exception" — meaning your platform accepts international property listings but refuses international brokers. That is contradictory and a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, account deletion requires waiting for a customer service contact. Then say im sorry, then inform that dont find my email - total mess. Now is me , that i dont want work with this dummies. A platform that cannot serve international users should at minimum allow them to leave immediately. I would not recommend CREXI to any non-US broker.

Lewis Kirk, sales executive at Crexi, earned my business while I was launching a new brokerage in North Texas. I do not know how long Crexi will be able to keep him, but if he ever decides to get back into CRE brokerage, Rockhill CRE will absolutely have a place for him on our team.

Crystal is very calming & understanding about learning the tools provided with the Crexi platform. My 1st encounter with Crystal was over the phone, this time she suggested we do zoom session where she could see the screens or sections of the platform I was in and could better guide me to the correct section for what I had questions on. She has scheduled an following session to keep me accountable in following thru on my ideas. As a single brokerage this is more valuable than she may know
