Dericia was able to unlock an issue that had been driving me crazy on your platform!!! She got to me moments after the request was made, by Paul L. who was also great, and she was able to clearly and concisely able to get me to a happier place. Bottom line.....she GOT THINGS DONE!!

Based on my experience with this company I would not recommend to anyone. They lock you in to a year long contract and you have to make sure YOU request to cancel well in advance to your anniversary Date. The sales reps sell you a bunch of BS then when you are not satisifed with the product you have to pay it for a full year. WASTE of MONEY. Do Your homework first. Read the fine print and do not believe the sales rep selling it to you cause you are just another sucker locking in.
As a new user with a steep learning curve, the onboarding and support teams have been fabulous so far. Dericia Watson particularly has been very responsive to all my questions and requests for assistance. Similarly, Rashaud Morris has been very pro-active with scheduling additional training for myself and my entire team.
The training was fast, but it was an excellent presentation and synopsis of the site. They supplied a link to go back over all, and you can always sign up for more training! The folks at Crexi have all been first-rate in customer service.
You will not find a more customer centric company than Crexi. In a world full of big companies and poor service, Crexi stands out as a bright light.
