Not what they promised and then they hold your account hostage not allowing deletion. NOT what I was told it would be
My 1.3 million, 4400 sq.ft. property Zoned C2 with a residential special use permit wasn't enough for Crexi to bother with. I received an initial phone call from R. Drury 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment because he had a plane to catch, and then he passed me off to another guy that called me back a couple of days later. I was interested in auctioning my property and the second guy (I don't know his name) said that he did not think it was going to be worth their effort to auction my property but that he would get his team to do an analysis of the value and call me back in about a week. Apparently they don't deal with small fish.

We had an employee enter into a 36 month agreement for a one-time window into valuing a company that had property. After a few months we attempted to terminate the agreement as it was a mistake. Sadly for the next 2 years we attempted multiple times to cancel and this company simply refused. No flexibility, no offer / settle, no attempt to work out something out. Service wise, not friendly, just stern. I wish I could day that their offering was valuable, but after being with costar now for several months, costar is still incredibly better with its data, interface and broker opinion of value rendering. Just an all around bad experience with crexi. Complete waist of money.
Emily was very thorough and gave me a lot of information how to make my listing more attractive to potential customers. She called me on time exactly as stated in an earlier e mail communication. She analyzed and viewed my listing that I had questions about so her answers were specific as to the property we were discussing .
I have had nothing but the best experience using this software. The data is real time and for us covers the entire country. The customer service provided by Crexi is 10 out 10 for response time and training. I highly recommend anyone in either the commercial or residential space to check it out.
As an agent with listings in the system, I needed help with getting my Brokerage profile updated, as this can only be done through the Support system. Within 30 minutes they had my request fulfilled and feels like I didn't miss a beat. Thank you for such quick service.
Beware. Fast talked into signing a 12mth contract for a service that didn't deliver as promised. I'm a broker and was told i can search thought mortgage data and find potential deals, but the amount of time it takes to find any useful data and to find i'd be luck if 1 of 100 contacts answered makes the platform useless to me. I reached out multiple times letting them know that it's not working out and their only response is to schedule a zoom call to show me how to use it again. Regardless it was a waste of time and money. 9 mths in, never use the service and they won't allow me to cancel. A $6,000 mistake.

I had a training session with Joshua Ellis. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on every issue but, equally important, he was engaging and friendly. His bedside manner is enviable. He has a vast command of the English language which he puts to good use effortlessly. The flow of his presentation was as if it had been written for a movie screenplay: smooth, informative, and always on point. As I told him when we disengaged, he is a credit to your firm in every way.
