I purchased a pair of barrel jeans. They are not anything like the picture . The size was not what I ordered. I asked for a return address at least 10 times and they refused to cooperate. The jeans cost $44 they offered me $10. I don't think this company is legit . Will never buy from them again. Not to mention I'm also getting paypal emails now for fake purchases . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN DON'T WALK !!!

I placed an order for the barrel shaped jeans, but I received something totally different. Also, the order that I received was not my size. I cannot find support@asmaerofact. I will not order from this company again!!!!!!!!!! I will throw the jeans in goodwill and never order from here again.

After spending more than $150 and receiving very poor quality clothing, I was offered a Refund $6! What a joke and a complete scam.
Been over 2 months
Been over 2 months. The tracking was better and faster outside the country. Once it hit US, no more updates. I'm thinking SCAM! I get the run around everytime I email support. Update April 1, 2024: Finally got package at an address Im not at anymore and there was 15.50 due postage that the mail lady in my Resort paid it and contacted me and the package seemed to be mailed from a guy in Chicago. Now to get someone to mail the box to me where I live now to see the product that took more than 2 months !

This is a scam website. They take your money and disengage. They told me my items shipped 5 minutes after I placed an order I wanted to cancel - not physically possible for the order to have been received, packed and shipped in this time. When I contacted customer service they said the order was shipped, they have provided no tracking details and have stopped communicating. SCAM WEBSITE
