Honest review
We have been very satisfied with our City Air bike, that we have driven for over 4000 kms with without any major issues, except:
- Battery is not the best. It drives up till about 50 km, while it should be 60+ km.
- Battery charging time is really long, 8 hours.
- Some of the materials are cheap and get rusty fast. But for the price of the bike not to complain.
- Customer Service reacts late and it seems difficult to order spare parts.
We hope that your products in the future have longer lasting batteries with a shorter charging time.

Amazing quality and bike arrived in…
Amazing quality and bike arrived in perfect condition! Looking forward to many fun rides ahead. The company overall is also very professional and provide outstanding customer service.
I bought the Cavet Air specifically for my daily commute, but after three months of use, I can confidently say it is not fit for purpose. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable electric bike, save your money and look elsewhere.
The Issues:
Zero Comfort: The ride quality is incredibly poor. There is no rear suspension whatsoever, meaning you feel every single bump, crack, and pebble in the road. It makes for an exhausting and uncomfortable journey.
Constant Punctures: Despite the marketing, these tires are far from durable. I have suffered 3 punctures in 3 months just riding on standard roads. For a commuter bike, the tire quality is unacceptably low.
Useless Mudguards: The mudguards are essentially decorative. Both the front and rear guards fail to stop road spray, meaning you arrive at your destination wet and covered in road grime.
Structural Noise: There is a persistent, annoying tapping noise coming from the spokes every time I ride. It sounds cheap and makes me question the overall build safety.
Verdict:
This bike has been a massive disappointment. Between the lack of suspension, the constant flat tires, and the poor design, it fails at being a functional commuter. Save your money and purchase a different brand.
I was delighted to receive my e-bike in just three days! I could start riding immediately, everything was secure, and the packaging was perfect. I heartily recommend it if you're looking for a quick delivery because the entire procedure felt smooth and professional.
I’ve been using this yellow fatbike for about four months and wanted to share my experience. The color is unusual and easy to spot, and the overall design is pleasant. It sometimes even reminds me a bit of a small motorcycle, which I enjoy.
I ride it almost every day, often for commuting, and it has been comfortable, including when riding with another person. In daily use it has been reliable for me.
When it arrived, the motor had a defect, which was disappointing, but the company resolved it by sending a replacement part and covering the repair. The process took some time, but the issue was eventually fixed.
Based on these four months, the bike feels good for its price level, and I’m generally satisfied with the purchase.

I was genuinely impressed by this bike…
I was genuinely impressed by this bike – it offers excellent value for money with a sleek and modern design. I'm quite tall (1m87), but I feel very comfortable on the saddle, and it's powerful and stable enough to ride with a friend on the back during casual outings.
The customer support was outstanding – super friendly and responsive, they answered all my questions clearly before the purchase.
As for delivery, everything went perfectly: fast shipping, well-packaged, and easy to assemble right out of the box.

Really nice e-bike! The most important thing for me is the comfortable seat. I'm having heavy upper part of my body and when using normal bike or e-bike seats, I have terrible pain sitting. However nothing like this with AspadZ cavet Air. I can ride even full day with no pain sitting.
Also they have nice support! I had nice experience with the support team - Very fast and promtp reply.
