complete garbage, i've had three of these and they all suffer from the same defects where the screws loosen on their own and the thing falls apart. trash. typical chinese quality. buy american.

2 x Aspire SkyStar, Cleity and Nautilus - no more Aspire for me !
Purchased the Aspire Cleito, 2 x Aspire SkyStar MOD's and the Aspire Nautilus. The SkyStar's was bug'ed with an error "Low Res" on BOTH of them. I asked Aspire what to do and they informed me, that the warranty was 3 months only. I have purchased for more than 500 EURO Aspire- and have changed to Vaperesso where they are more serviceminded and dumped all the Aspire stuff as garbage. I only had the Aspire and the SkyStars for 11 months and we have in EU 2 years consumer warrenty. I will NEWER again purchase any Aspire stuff.

LOW QUALITY GLASS
LOW QUALITY GLASS Glass broke while refilling tank.
Poor quality!
The tank on my Aspire Aspire K Lite stopped working after only two weeks - I couldn't change the coil due to a broken spring (ore something) - when I talked to a guy at another store than the one I bought it, he said that it was a common problem. I bought 2 Vaporesso kits, and their quality is of a whole other league. Stay away from Aspire, and buy something from a propper brand like Vaporesso instead.
Same problem on multiple vapes
I have had 2 aspire vapes, Both have developed the same problem, and what a coincidence that it happens after 7 months, just outside of warranty. The top of the vape comes off to allow you to change the coil and fill the juice. This top clicks into place, however, nust outside of warranty it stops clicking into place and no longer sits on the top of the vape meaning I can no longer use it. I do like the aspire vapes but why should I have to keep buying them for them to develop the same fault.
3 faulty vapes with faulty customer service to match
In the last 12 months I have bought 3 of Aspire's electronic cigarette products from official vendors (2x PockeX, 1x Breeze 2). All three developed faults within months/weeks. I've just had a very unproductive chat with their customer service today. I had to answer lots of questions, all were aimed at verifying where, when, how I purchased their products before they'd address my issues. I had to send them an invoice and I even sent them a video of the faults. After all that I was told they couldn't help me. I thank them for wasting my time and came straight here.
