Tom visited us today as an emergency. He was more than helpful, prompt, efficient and resolved our problem. He explained everything and gave us advice on updating our central heating system in the future. He even told us that some work didn't need doing at present and could be left until such time as we replaced our whole system thereby saving us money. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
This company is amazing, they donated their time to support our special needs nursery to completely install a whole new boiler and heating system. Quick service appointment. I got their number just a day before and was able to get my gas boiler serviced by the next day. Very professional. I was contacted about 10 minutes before they arrived. The amount stated was what was charged and the engineers were knowledgeable.

Arrived on time and started work immediately Worked hard all day Clean and tidy Explained everything to me once boiler and thermostat installed and made sure I understood everything before he left Old boiler and all packaging removed from premises and left everything clean and tidy I now have a very quiet ultrasound efficient boiler Would definitely use this firm again for any jobs around the house and would recommend to family and friend

Met Thomas via an emergency call when my old boiler gave up its last breath. I felt confident and assured in his advice to to replace it. Customer service has always been great, and Thomas has always been prompt and in time and informative.

Thomas was first class at what he does and nothing is to much trouble , fitted us a new boiler and pump , explained everything to us , fitted it promptly but then we had an air lock in the pipes which stopped it heating the water , gave him a call and he was straight back to sort it and it’s all now running as it should , pleased with the service and would recommend him to anyone , thanks again Thomas
Good quality work all round, and any problems arising were quickly solved. The new installation was extremely neat. Good advice offered as well. Site left clean and tidy.
Boiler broke, Tom investigated, new pump was required and fitted (Tom did advise that he recommended a new boiler at this point), the boiler worked for about another 5 days and broke again, this time it was the flu, Tom replaced the flu (£354) and then realised the coil had broken, at this point I had no option but to replace the boiler. Tom justified replacing the flu but I am not 100% sure this was ever required, I don't think he was trying to con me I just think he made an error with the flu, Was very quick to call me and ask for payment for everything despite his invoicing stating 14 day payment terms.
Absolute transparency and honesty when talking about repairs and, for example, what parts might be worth changing and what parts not. Clear sense that you’re being given honest and professional advice to maintain your boiler/system without being charged for items or procedures you don’t need. Work always carried out quickly, cleanly and without fuss. Highly recommended.
Came out for an emergency repair of a burst pipe. Can’t rate him highly enough.
I had a new boiler and 2 radiators fitted by Tom from Asset Plumbing and heating.He was very knowledgeable professional and polite and did a first class job.I would certainly recommend Asset.
