I tried to lodge an extended warranty and it was near impossible
I tried to lodge an extended warranty claim and the department could not have been any more unhelpful. They would not take the request and process it even though all of the paperwork was in front of them. In short, they wasted 2 hours of my wifes time and then another 2 hours of my time before they finally managed to lodge the claim. Stay away from this company. They have trained their department to dissuade customers from lodging claims. Absolutely hopeless department with no service at all.

When I called to have my phone cracked glass repaired, I was initially told me that he was closing. However, when i told him that I was on Chapel Street, he told be to come. I was grateful that he stayed to accommodate me to get my phones glass replaced.

This insurance company is a scam
This insurance company is a scam. I had a flood in my basement, and they won't cover anything, they take months to respond, run me around with all sorts of bullshit exceptions, its been 5 months and im still going back and forth literally not worth any of this. Do not recommend using them.
