I lost my mobile and submitted a claim. They asked for hundreds of documents, all of which I provided. Eventually, I received an email confirming that my claim had been approved and instructing me to pay the excess fee. However, when I called to make the payment, they denied that the claim was approved, despite the written confirmation. They then rejected my claim. Overall, it has been extremely poor service, unprofessional customer support, and an even worse investigation process.
