This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I ordered in November with a guarantee that it would come before Christmas. I got a shipment notification on the 1st December saying that it was shipped and provided with a royal mail tracking number. Royal mail have yet to receive the shipment. When I track the other shipment number they provided it says that the courier in Mainland China is awaiting seller dispatch and in brackets it now says 17 days. So my thing is why send a shipment notification when you have not shipped the shoes? Next week will be a month since I initially placed the order I am sick and tired of constantly chasing up this company. They are no longer responding to my emails. They say it takes 10 days to produce the shoes but doing a quick Google search there are actually many companies selling the same exact shoes???
Dear customer, you may see other companies selling the same shoes, who is actually not selling real shoes as we do. Some other website copies our image and some of them actually copied the whole website, they even put AstyleStore in their product title ! Our shoes are real handcrafted on each order. That's why we have a large of choice to choose. We don't make a stock of all this variety to all size. Could you please give me your order number ? Have you received the package ?
