Big delivery cost , bad delivery quality

bought the rs7 air and the keyboard itself is ok , but the delivery to eu cost 30$ and takes 2 weeks which is crazy

I bought the blazing sky X1 SE

I bought the blazing sky X1 SE; it's very good. The feet are smooth, the tracking is smooth, it's a good weight, the only physical downside is that the coating gets covered in fingerprints very fast. However, delivery took 3 weeks even though the website said 6-10 days . Idk if it's the companies or the shippers fault, but that was the only big downside

Delivery and quality.

Very good quality for such cheap product compared to other brands. delivery cost still a bit higher than my expectation for a product that small, that's why it's not 5 stars. If you order more than just a mice maybe it would more interesting ( 12 euros delivery cost for a 30 euros mouse ). However delivery time is honest, not that fast but they annonce 8 to 10 business day i got my order in 9 days.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with your customer support and the order processing service. My order number is #ATKGR89900. Yesterday, I contacted support to change the color of my ordered ATK RS6+ keyboard (I accidentally ordered the Leviathan version instead of the Black Samurai I wanted) or to cancel the order and issue a refund. However, I have received no response so far. Today, I managed to cancel the order myself, but the funds have still not been refunded, even though 5–6 hours have passed. Please resolve my situation urgently, process the refund for the canceled order, or help me properly purchase the version I actually want in Black Samurai. I look forward to your prompt response.
