1 star — Misleading renewal + zero customer support
I signed up for Audiio on an annual plan at USD $99, and without any direct renewal warning or reminder email, my account was automatically charged USD $199 for another year. I’m based in Australia, so the USD-to-AUD conversion makes this a huge, unexpected hit — especially in the off-season as a freelance wedding videographer.
I contacted support immediately to dispute the charge and request a refund. The responses I did receive were basically copy/paste “check your admin panel / terms” and didn’t address my actual concern: no clear notice of renewal and a higher renewal rate. After that, no one responded to my follow-up emails at all.
I’ve now cancelled the subscription and I’m forced to go through my bank because I’ve been left with no other option.
If you’re considering Audiio, be very careful with auto-renew and pricing changes — the billing practices feel misleading and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I've been using Audiio for years
I've been using Audiio for years, but just haven't been posting that many video lately. For years, I would contact them to cancel and they would give me a deal for the next year. This year I forgot and they charged me $200 for the year, which is more than their new members. I reached out and couldn't get anyone on the line on how to cancel. Finally on my second try someone replied back and said there was nothing they could do. Or any offer they could make. I sent them another question without and they just stopped responding to me. I contacted them again with no response and even sent an email to the founder with no response. Just horrible experience all around and a great way to lose a customer forever.

Quickest platform to find suitable music for your video
My go to choice for music and SFX. I work in video production and Audiio over the past few years has gone from a platform I would dive into when I couldn't find something suitable on the big platforms (artlist, envato, etc) to the first place I look. Always find something suitable. The linkmatch AI feature is so useful when trying to find tracks in a simliar vibe to something more mainstream and the Hans AI search feature will often return great results. These two features alone save hours and hours of mindless searching. Highly recommend. Their customer service is top notch and they seem to be constantly adding new features.

Avoid this platform
I signed up for an Audiio subscription some time ago intending to use their royalty-free music and sound effects library for video projects. Unfortunately, life got busy, and I completely forgot about the subscription. I had only used a single track when I first took out the subscription.
Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank statement and saw a significant renewal charge had been automatically deducted with zero notification - no email reminder, no renewal alert, nothing. I immediately contacted their support, explained the situation (unused account, forgotten subscription), and requested a refund. They flat-out refused.
This seems to be a pattern with Audiio. Multiple users report the same frustrating experience: quiet auto-renewals at higher rates (often jumping from introductory pricing to full $199/year or similar), difficulty cancelling, and stonewalled refund requests even when the service wasn't used.

Great Music Platform!
I'm a small time content creator making videos as a hobby. I never expect to make money from this.
The music library is excellent, and I'm very happy with the overall quality. I particularly like creating a Playlist and then seeing what the "Smart Suggestions" algorithm suggests to include. It does a great job finding songs that match the existing mood and style.
Before Audiio, I relied on YouTube's free Audio Library. While it works, many tracks felt uninspired or lacked the polish. Audiio has a huge selection of high-quality music and SFX, and I never had any issues finding something that fits my needs. If anything, Audiio's Service is more extensive than what I need as a hobbist.

Great Video soundtrack music!
I am a Real Estate Photographer in Northern Wisconsin. I also do a fair amount of videos and Audiio is my go to for high quality, royalty free music that I use to accompany my videos. They have an extensive library with a wide variety of music and genres. You can customize your search by filtering which insrument(s) you'd like to hear, whether or not you want vocals, which genre you're interested, the mood you prefer etc. Music clips also come in a variety of lengths so its easier to match the clip length with the video timeline. I'm very grateful to Audiio and highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of music.
I've really enjoyed using Audiio. It's affordable, the music is excellent, and there's such a big library that I never struggle to find something that fits a project. They're always adding new tracks too, which keeps things fresh and means I'm not using the same music over and over.
One feature I use all the time is LinkMatch AI.
Clients often send me a link to a song they like, and being able to find something with a similar vibe that's properly licensed saves a lot of time and makes the whole process much easier.
The sound effects are great as well. I use them quite a bit for sound design, and they've become a regular part of my editing workflow.
Overall, it's a platform I keep coming back to because it just works. Finding good music is quick, the quality is consistently high, and it makes my job a little easier.
