Had a very good experience getting my account sorted for another years subscription with Audiio. Blake was very efficient and quick with his responses and was able to quickly process my requests
Music is average, but cancelling an annual subscription isn't easy. Had to email three times back and forth over a week to get them to confirm it had been stopped and wouldn't renew. There is better out there, but be wary of copyright claims.
Really happy with the service and the support. The songs are great. Finding matching songs based on filters such as "mood" etc. is so easy.

At Audiio, AI is currently only used to offer an advanced search system that allows you to find suitable music based on your pitches transformed into prompts. It's just brilliant! The service is a very good alternative to the most common artist and epidemic sounds. Price is very good, the library is not very vast, but somehow you always find something that works! Hans AI is a game changer, believe it or not, it actually finds good pieces based on your prompt. In terms of licenses it's very permissive, which is good. Be aware that there's no "Cancel subscription" button. You need to send an email to do cancel the renewal.. anyhow, the support team is very very kind and fast. They also have a Lifetime subscription which has a very competitive price.

The Audiio platform has a varied and well-organized music library for keyword searching. Made from fewer already edited versions of each song in short durations (15"- 30"- 60"). I really value the option to download the different tracks of the same song although often an instrument is missing. The sound effects section It is not as complete and somewhat less accurate on search. The customer service is impeccable and the response is quick and decisive. I have been with it for three years and it is undoubtedly a very good option to enrich any multimedia content.
