In August 2026 I placed an order for eyeglasses which are not suitable for my eyesight. As per their return policy I am eligible for a full refund. They refused with no explanation. They charged me twice on my credit card and It is now October 2026. There is no phone number to call to clear up this situation. Emailing customer service is useless. I wish someone would contact me. Be very careful in dealing with this company.

I contacted the company immediately, and without any issue, they refunded the second charge. I don't think I have ever had that kind of service from an on line order company.
