I signed up with Authorify for one year…

I signed up with Authorify for one year at $199 per month, investing nearly $2,400 because I believed it would help me grow my real estate business and generate leads. The concept is excellent. I received a professionally printed book with my photo, branding, and information, and the quality of the book was very good. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ended. Throughout the year, I had periodic calls with my account representative. During those conversations, I repeatedly expressed that I was not seeing any return on my investment and asked for guidance on how to generate business using the program. At no point was I shown or told about using Facebook to market my book or upload my database to generate leads. Only after watching one of Authorify's webinars by Allison Swanson did I discover that this was a marketing strategy they promoted. When I contacted the company to learn how to implement it, I was told I would need to purchase an additional program costing approximately $1,800, or another option priced around $4,400. I was also offered a 30-day program for $95.00. A 30-day free promotion was offered for $7.00 when I inquired about that; I was told I am not eligible since I was a previous client. But I couldn't help wondering why this wasn't shared with me during the year I was paying for their service. My frustration isn't with the quality of the book—it's with the lack of proactive coaching and communication. I invested nearly $2,400 and repeatedly said I wasn't seeing results, yet no one introduced me to what appears to be one of the primary lead-generation strategies until I discovered it on my own. As a real estate professional, I understand that marketing only works when you know how to use the tools you're paying for. I expected guidance and support throughout my membership, especially after expressing concerns about my return on investment. Instead, I felt that meaningful training was only presented as another opportunity to spend more money. I encourage anyone considering Authorify to ask detailed questions before signing up. Specifically, ask what marketing training is included in your membership, what requires an additional fee, and what level of one-on-one coaching you can realistically expect. I wish I had known those answers before making my investment.

Since my initial review - Think Twice

Since my initial review, the experience has totally gone downhill. I am bombarded with webinar invitations - all which are intended for new subscriptions. My webpage doesn't have any support contact information - only AI 'how-to'; my supposed 'rep' also doesn't have contact information. The books themselves are nice but no way to contact help.

What a great product

What a great product, customer service and marketing plan! Authorify has great marketing product and a plan to make it available to my market. Chris was my trainer and was so helpful walking me through the process. I even got recordings of our meeting so I can review as much as I need.

I’ve had this book for a while and finally decided to dive into the program—and I’m so glad I did! The resources have been incredibly helpful in reinforcing my confidence and keeping me focused.
