Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience. We checked the history of your conversation, and we do acknowledge an error from our team member stating your order will be delayed until Monday or Tuesday when it was already shipped Friday as per the original date. So your order did fulfill on time except for the team member's error of confusing the status with another order. We promptly informed you that your order was indeed shipped on time, and we even showed you the pictures of the engine prior to shipment, which you approved. So just like any authentic business would do, we showed you the pictures of the engine from different angles, got a clean approval from you, and shipped the order on time. Shipping these orders costs $700-$800 two-way shipping costs, but because you were given incorrect status by the team, we honored absorbing the full shipping cost and other fulfillment charges and took it back. We even gave you the option to receive the engine and evaluate the condition yourself, and we will pick it up immediately at no cost to you and initiate a full refund if you don't like it. We believe that was a fair offer, but since you didn't accept it, we took it back. We genuinely value our customers and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their requirements are met. We also understand we cannot win all battles, but that doesn't stop us from trying. As a gesture of goodwill, we will add $200 in store credit to your account, which you can use to purchase anything from our website. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
