Vintage Wood Wall Mounted Bourbon Wine Rack
My husband purchased 3x “Vintage Wood Wall Mounted Bourbon Wine Rack” from here. They are advertised as being: • made from “repurposed oak barrels” • “handcrafted wall shelf unit, made from the top quarter of a spent barrel”. • “these are real bourbon barrels so little chips and cracks on the wood are possible. We do not change anything on the barrel head, it is cut and sent right from the distillery.” What he received were 3x flat pack DIY shelves containing very thin and lightly stained pine. Absolutely nothing like the description they provide on their website. Upon contacting them he was told that, ‘yes, he did get what he ordered so there were no problems there for them to fix’ Utterly deceitful advertising and appalling customer service in response.
