We ordered a particular product but they delivered a different product and then argued that we received what we ordered even though we could provide evidence to the contrary. Do not deal with this company.

Item took EXTREMELY long time to arrive! When it finally did arrive, came with absolutely NO instructions whatsoever!!!

The piece took a while to get here

The piece took a while to get here, but it looks like it’s OK. We haven’t opened it yet as it’s a birthday gift for our granddaughter. I will leave a further review after usage.

Very Disappointed, No Delivery and No Refund

We would strongly caution anyone thinking about ordering from this company. Based on my experience, We would not recommend them at all. We placed an order three weeks ago, and our package was marked as “delivered,” but We never received it. We immediately contacted customer service to report the missing package, hoping they would help us locate it or offer a solution. Instead, We was met with very little assistance. They did not make a real effort to help find our package or resolve the issue. What made the situation even more frustrating is that they refused to refund my money, even though We never received the item We paid for. As a customer, We expected them to take responsibility for helping resolve the problem, but they simply kept our money and left us without our order. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences We have ever had. A company should stand behind its customers and work to resolve delivery issues, especially when a package is reported missing. Instead, We felt ignored and left to deal with the loss on our own. We will never order from this company again, and We would encourage other consumers to think carefully before making a purchase. If your package goes missing or is marked as delivered when it isn’t, you may not receive the support or resolution you expect. We hope our experience helps others make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money with this company. The Johnstons 6/25/2026

Good quality

Good quality. Took awhile to arrive and arrived with no instructions. I had to YouTube search for videos in how to play/rules etc. otherwise would be a 5.

Delivery was very quick

Delivery was very quick. Only one negative thing is that the tracking was not accurate. But over all happy with product and excited play the game with the kids as it will help them learn to count and make strategic decisions. Bought 4 to give 3 away. A unique and fun game.bl Brilliant idea good for ye whole family what ever the age. Sometimes the simplest games are the funniest.
