A big SCAM!!!! Run from this company!
I’ve paid them for a service and they have never responded to my messages. It’s been 4 days that I paid and never got any answer back and they have not delivered what they promised.
I see they have different profiles on Instagram, so assume they create a new one every time. They also don’t allow comments on their account, so REAL consumers cannot leave feedback.
I definitely do NOT recommend them. Run from them.

Awesome service! Got my followers fast! If followers unfollow they will replace them within days! The costumer service is really good too, they will respond quick.
I'm very happy and greatful for what this Agency done to my page instagram 👌👌👌👌🙏 from 1800 followers to 5128 followers it is a big advantage for me and my business thanks alot🙏🤩😍
I would confidently give Aviano Agency a solid 5 stars. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care were outstanding. The team not only understood my needs but went above and beyond to deliver results that exceeded my expectations. Communication was smooth, transparent, and timely, which made the whole process stress-free. I truly felt valued as a client and appreciated the extra effort they put into making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and results-driven agency.
Unreliable Service – No Resolution Despite Months of Waiting
I joined Aviano with the expectation of professional support, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since August, my account has had a severe and ongoing follower drop.
I’ve contacted their team many times and the replies are always the same: “you’re in the queue,” “we’ve escalated this every 6 hours,” or vague apologies. Yet, after over two months, nothing has been resolved and my follower count keeps dropping.
This issue has directly affected my growth and collaborations with brands. Even escalating to the founder brought no clear action or explanation.
The service has not delivered what was promised, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this company.

The team is responsive and professional both via email and DM. It’s been 10 days and i am happy to report a retention of 50% followers count. Waiting for the refill but would definitely recommend trying them out. :)
DO NOT USE! It’s a complete scam. Take your money and don’t keep their promies

You've NEVER actually purchased anything from us. You should’ve at least tried the paid service before leaving a review like this. Over the last 7 years, we’ve had more than 9,500 clients across the world, and we have over 450 positive reviews from people who actually used our services and found them useful.
I wish you the best, but writing something like this about a company you've never purchased from is not honest.
Scam company, don’t go anywhere near these people. Lost all followers within the first week. Can never speak to someone and when I asked for my money back they ignore you. Don’t waste your money people

This company is a complete scam. I waited over 30 days for a simple refill that was never delivered. All I got were copy-and-paste responses telling me to “be patient” with no dates, no follow-through, and no accountability.
This isn’t a one-time mistake either — it happened to me twice. They string you along, never fulfill their promises, and then stop responding. Everything you read on Trustpilot about their empty excuses is true.
Do not waste your money here. They will take your payment, give you generic responses, and never deliver.

I got some promo email from this agency and I give it a shot.
They completely transformed my IG page.
Super friendly, professional and excellent customer support.
I will keep working with them.
100% recommend this agency.
Excellent service that effectively supported me in achieving my social media goals. The team was highly professional, the pricing was very reasonable for the results delivered, and they were accommodating in scheduling the results across multiple days as requested.
TOTAL SCAM. KARMA will get them.
Pay for followers. Then lose them within weeks. When communicating with them via email and instagram they tell you that they will do a refill because it’s common to lose followers. Weeks later it’s a back and forth conversation in which they say the same thing. Yet nothing happens. They ghost you and don’t follow through.
Reported to BBB. their lack of communication & BS is to be reprimanded.
God bless.

Terrible and a SCAM!
They promise you an amount of followers that disappear the next day. When asked about it they keep saying they’ll refill and it NEVER happens!!
They said there’s a 5-10% drop off (which was never mentioned at time of purchase) but I lost HALF of my followers.
Total scam!! And of course when asked for a refund they ignored my messages!!
