My experience with Aviano Agency has been extremely disappointing. After paying for their service, I found that communication virtually stopped. I repeatedly followed up by email but received little to no response, and I was left chasing for updates with no meaningful progress. Brooke was my main point of contact, but unfortunately my emails and follow-ups went unanswered, leaving me feeling completely ignored after payment had been made. Based on my experience, I did not receive the level of service or support that was promised, and I cannot recommend Aviano Agency. If you're considering using them, I'd encourage you to do your own research and think carefully before committing.
Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company and the way they treat long term customers. We have spent a large amount with them over the last year across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, yet when serious issues started happening, they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. The follower and like drops are absolutely ridiculous. Our pages have dropped from around 40k followers to 35k shortly after delivery, which makes our business look untrustworthy to clients. Because of these constant drops, we’ve actually had to stop posting content altogether as it damages our brand image every time clients see the numbers falling. We also paid for post likes which turned out to be completely misleading. The likes disappear, refills take forever or never happen, and support just keeps giving excuses instead of fixing the issue properly. We have genuinely lost business because of this service and feel completely scammed by what was promised compared to what was delivered. Avoid if you are running a serious business and care about your reputation.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Aviano Agency so far. Communication has been quick, professional, and straightforward from the beginning. The team explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what was promised without making the process complicated. What stood out to me most was how responsive and helpful they were throughout. You can tell they actually care about helping brands and creatives grow online rather than just treating people like another number. If you’re looking to build your social presence and work with a team that’s organised, friendly, and efficient, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

I thought I'd give them a go, and the initial customer service was, as others have said, very prompt and courteous and so on. But the service they offer is very definitely not for me. They are basically just selling the chance to add fake accounts as followers on Instagram, to try and impress gullible idiots. Fine. If that's your game, and you think that paying to have loads of bot accounts following you will make you seem 'trustworthy', then I'm sure you'll get on well with Aviano. But I give my audience a bit more credit than that. I want genuine followers who are interested in the grassroots music I'm promoting. I have no intention of paying for thousands of fake followers. Who is that going to impress? Certainly not the people I'm trying to reach. EDIT: Aviano have pointed out that I did not purchase the paid service. They claim that my review is therefore dishonest. Not so. But for the sake of completeness, let me add that it is true that I chose not to opt in to any paid services - precisely because all they were offering me was the chance to buy fake accounts as IG followers. In my view that is a scam, pure and simple. Maybe it's an effective scam. But it's still not one I'm interested in participating in. If they offer other services, that's great. Maybe those services are useful, or maybe other people are happy to pay for fake followers. But they didn't mention any other services to me in the trial, so I can only comment on my own experience. I think it's a bit rich for a company who create fake social media accounts and sell them as 'followers' to accuse someone of being dishonest for criticising that practise, solely on the grounds that I didn't buy any of the fake 'followers'.

You've NEVER actually purchased anything from us. You should’ve at least tried the paid service before leaving a review like this. Over the last 7 years, we’ve had more than 9,500 clients across the world, and we have over 450 positive reviews from people who actually used our services and found them useful. I wish you the best, but writing something like this about a company you've never purchased from is not honest.
