I recommend Azova wholeheartedly and have, since my return from a holiday, told friends who plan to travel soon, about my positive experience with Azova. I had a faulty test kit while in Fort Lauderdale when attempting to complete a test for a cruise leaving that afternoon. I had to use my second kit that was needed for my return to Canada three weeks down the road. Azova was incredibly efficient in replacing the kit and express shipping to the hotel I would be staying at after the cruise and before having to come home. The kit was waiting for me at the hotel. The whole testing experience was very positive. Kudos, Azova!

The instructions was very clear on the app and it wasn't difficult to get through the steps. The only hang up is the last step where the app is a not working clearly with the photo of the result from the droplet.

Azova really helps simplify the process with Safe Travels Hawaii. They were very quick to process my vaccine card verification requests. Also, they were very responsible in the chat when I had a question or if they had a question about the request.

I bought an antigen test from a different company. I realized I needed a telehealth monitoring service. Azova provided this. The process was very simple and the rep was very helpful. I uploaded my negative test results to United and I got clearance to fly to the USA.

We have been using these pCR tests with observation and they have been great! Easy to use and affordable! However, having to take a picture of two tests in a tiny little square that moves backwards to your body was impossible! Can we just go back to loading a photo of the tests results ! This last step is really impossible!

Worked perfectly for our recent travels and saved the stress and $ of trying to take care of testing in another country. There was one little hiccup that was easy to resolve with customer support. We will definitely do this again.
