Someone answered the phone ...no wait queue...1st level tech asked relevant questions and let me explain what was happening and quickly determined who I needed to speak with...put me on hold and contacted the technical resource directly transferring me ...I had expected to go into another queue. There's not much to say other than these people are amazing by simply doing what they promise. They never gave up on my computer issues & solved more than just 1. They had to escalate my networking issues to a more experienced tech & they had him call back the next day. As promised, he called back & resolved the issue...Who does this now a days!
