I purchase my grain from Azure because they use farmers that use crop rotation for fertility and weed management and for more nutrient dense food. My grain must be organically grown with regenerative, sustainable farming. Azure indicates that they seek that quality and so I use Azure. Ancient grains and heritage grains are important to me for their superior nutrition and flavor.
The new driver Tim was absolutely awesome! Very helpful, joyful and kind... full of smiles, the best customer service. Azure is always on time or is prompt in keeping us informed of any delays. Good products at a good price. THANK YOU AZURE!!!
I am too poor to be a constant health shopper. I found a few things that were not outrageous and enjoyed them. The sausages I bought are good but I boil them and the pan is hard to clean afterwards. Maybe I should broil the sausages instead. Otherwise, going to the pick-up point is an experience at least. That to me was honestly very American. In Somalia warlords seize the food. In the US so far, it is just community helping each other out just to get the food to proper storage quickly.
The products are superior to the stores, ordering is simple and the delivery is always great and the drivers are very friendly.

it's easy to get bulk organic items, no fuss. I'm also trying out the fresh frozen juices and fruit which have been a delight for smoothie base. Their quality is consistent. Pickup is simple. Always a pleasure doing business with good people.

Love the quality products, and prices are reasonable. However, being at the mercy of someone else’s changing schedule to meet the truck to pickup my order does not work for me. I can shop or mail order everything I wanted at my convenience. I just can’t rearrange the rest of my life to pickup an order.
The drop off was very organized. People were very helpful with heavy packages and putting them in my car for me. Driver was very organized and friendly.
The pickup was totally unorganized. There was no one there to organize and the truck driver said he couldn’t contact the host. I got there 5 minutes before schedule and only the truck and two other vehicles were there. Eventually people started showing up but still no host. I helped unload the truck along with everyone else so we managed well enough.
Ordered several times now. One thing that seems consistent is this company doesn't like small orders. Places a few small orders to try them out and it almost feels like they do everything can to run you off. Drops are almost always in the middle of the day or even on a holiday. If you have a bad product if takes several weeks to receive the credit back to your account. We're only using this company to stock our pantry a few times a year. Still doesn't replace just going to the grocery store. Which is the main reason we joined this company in the first place.
Even when unexpected stuff happens, it all works out well in the end. Thank you, Azure!
On time, efficient No problems
I was frustrated that fresh cherries were on the website and were able to be ordered but then two days before pickup I was emailed that those weren’t available. It made it feel unreliable. The process of pickup at the drop site was fairly organized and very quick. The people leading at my drop site were very kind and helpful.
The selection of quality products is what keeps me coming back!
