I dislike the fact that for the past 5 months we have been given a closing date and then after the order closes it is reopened for another week. Why not change the schedule on a permanent basis instead of changing us every single month? I do love the service and see the people in the group every month. I've made new friends and learned so much from the group! The drivers have always been nice people as well.
First time went well
Drop was conveniently located, and we were able to buy organic chicken livers, and item that is hard to find in local stores.
Azure Standard is great
The service from Azure Standard is great overall. They are great at communicating, provide convenient drop-off locations and low shipping costs. I had a missed item last time, and was refunded a credit - which was a fine way to handle the mistake. I just wish my item hadn't been missed.

Great products, efficient delivery
Good deals on flash sales, but delayed truck led to produce spoilage
Overall, everything went well with my order (except for the produce). Since it took an extra week for the truck to arrive from the order cutoff date, the heat of August, up against the coolness of a refrigerator truck, yielded moldy potatoes and cherries. Surprisingly, there was only about 10% loss of cherries and maybe 10-15% of initial loss of potatoes. I scrambled the day of my delivery to preserve all the firm cherries (we ate the soft ones, except those beyond saving that were composted), but a scheduled trip the next day meant the potatoes had to wait until we got back home. Had the delivery not been inexplicably a week later than usual, I'm sure the produce would have been much better. Because the potatoes came after I expected, so many did not last until they could be preserved. I've been canning them and have found so many have turned completely soft in the middle. It's smelly and gross, but it is what it is.

red cherries that were the In-Season fruit and maybe even on sale weren’t on the truck. then customer service just wanted to credit my account instead of refunding. ALWAYS ask and don’t assume that we want credit to the account. i mean my God, don’t make it to where we HAVE to order something next month. think think think!

The majority of my order was fresh produce. It was horrible and already rotting! The only items that were ok were the beets, mushrooms, and lemons. The rest went to my friend for her chickens. This was my first order and im not impressed! I won't get fresh produce again!
