I received 25#s of rice flour with little chunks of something black throughout the whole bag. Unfortunately I didn't open this bag right away and I received no credit or refund. Very disappointed as I've been a customer for years and wasn't given any break.
Azure Standard has great quality products at fair prices. I've been very happy with everything I've purchased. It's great to have options for pick up or delivery. Pick up from the drop site is definitely more cost effective.
Several bottles of peanut butter I purchased leaked peanut oil in the box and on the labels. Are they still safe?
This time AS sent my 3 item order in separate 2 boxes. But, as AS seems to have a lot of trouble with details it didn't occur to them to MARK the boxes "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" so that I would know not to leave the pickup after I had gotten just box. It took 2 days to be able to hook up with the pickup coordinator and retrieve the 2nd box. An unnecessary hassle because AS puts all of it's energy into attempting to convincing us how great it is rather than focusing on the details that actually make a business great.
I really like the products and they work really well. I order them alot.

I love the products but not the packaging now used—non recyclable, fused plastic lined-paper bags. Please return to your prior packaging—separate recyclable plastic bags inside recyclable paper bags. The current non recyclable packaging has impacted what I buy from Azures.
It makes life easier, and I enjoy seeing how the local azure community comes together to unload truck.

I have come to rely on Azure for most of my daily food and household products. It would be very helpful if the delivery day could be pinned down a little more...even to at least 2 particular days. I have had to cancel my entire order because I only know that my order will arrive "the week of..." and I've had a medical appt that week that couldn't be missed. Our coordinator has been gracious enough to pick it up and hold it for me on occasion, but I don't like to do that.
Love the products but could improve packing. Sometimes the boxes are too heavy. Last box had dented cans since so much variety is boxed together.
It would be nice to have products sent when they are in your cart. For instance I've had cherries in my last four carts and they were never sent. Or you have a chance to put items in your cart from abundance flash sales and you loose the product and the price. I purchase my cart first thing to hold items for a sale price or abundance flash sale price. But instead of a rain check or something. Well, it's just not sent or available, and next time it's full price.
I'm grateful that I have a delivery point that's just 10 minutes from my house and is so accurate for time and all the things are set out easy to find and makes everything easy.
We love Azure and all they stand for. The products are safer, healthier and that is why we choose to purchase their products. We have been well satisfied with every thing we have purchased. The prices may be higher than regular grocery stores, but you can guarantee the quality is better. The ordering process is easy and pick up has worked out well for us.
Very difficult to figure out when and if we will get our orders delivered.
