I love ordering from Azure. This past month the delivery was at a different time and day with very little warning.

All of the things that I ordered arrived in good shape, the driver was on time, even a bit early and very helpful with the unloading. Our drop coordinator had the name signs layed out so everyone could find the owner of the boxes. A friend of mine, who ordered for the first time in several years, ordered several kinds of fresh vegetables and they had been on the truck way too long when they reached our drop which is near the end of the driver's route. She gave me the asparagus, spinach, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts for my chickens. Some of the things were too old for even the chickens to eat.

Products were well packaged. I was a little nervous about the whole thing since it was my very first order. But everything went so smooth and fast. I loved it.

Great help & amazing cherries

Easy pick up and great assistance from the local coordinator which I needed since I was recovering from a broken arm. And the cherries were fantastic!

delivery timing leaves something to be desired

I really like your products. I've only ordered from you a few times. but having no clue when the order will be delivered when you place your order is a major drawback. But what I found most frustrating is that the order didn't even come in the "delivery week". the order was suppose to be delivered the week of 7/6, but when I received my email the friday after placing my order, the order was scheduled for 7/15 (which is in the week of 7/13). Such inconsistency will make it such that I won't be able to order from you nearly as often as I would like to.

The order was delivered to the Amazon…

The order was delivered to the Amazon locker and not at our door. This was an issue because the box sat in the locker until the next day and was laid on its side. This allowed the sauerkraut to become warm and leak. I also did not receive any notification it was delivered so when I got a notification I had a package in the Amazon locker I thought it was truly from Amazon since I was already waiting for an order from them as well.

Simple and good, from ordering to the drop

The products I order are always quality. The pick up at the drop is always quick and simple. Everyone is friendly. And the price is affordable enough. I haven't had an issue with anything ever and I always enjoy ordering. The website and ordering process is convenient as well. Keep up the good work!
