Fantastic service so far. Step by step Email updates on progress and Jill is a Star, very, very helpful. Just waiting for my items to arrive and if the end product is anything like the service so far I will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again Jill.
A great service from the original enquiry right through to the final product being delivered. The bespoke pin badges we had made were just perfect. Very speedy response time and I would highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again.
Great quality badges, and that is from the members of the club although I agree. No delay in getting delivery, it came when it was due. If the club require more later on, I will have no worries with coming back to order more. Many Thanks
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The communication from Jill via email was excellent, and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. As soon as the order was placed, Jill confirmed the expected timeframe, and there were no delays whatsoever — in fact, the badges arrived earlier than expected! The quality is fantastic and they are exactly what I hoped for. I’m really pleased with them and would definitely recommend the service to anyone. Thank you so much, Jill, for making the whole process so easy and straightforward.

We had a great experience ordering from this company, Jill was extremely helpful, and also took our ideas on board to get our designs realised. Prices competitive and delivered on schedule also. Would order again!
The whole process was so smooth and easy. I gave an image of the badge I wanted. The design came straight back to me, showing me what it would look like on a badge. I ordered 60 badges at a very reasonable price and they were delivered to me 7 working days. The badges are exactly how I pictured them, with no issues at all.
I'm really impressed with Badges UK - my badges have arrived today and they look great! Customer service and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in future.

The customer support was really great and quickly answered all of my questions. The badges arrived quickly and were as promised: of a high quality and with the correct backing.
Super smooth service. The name is somewhat misleading as it’s a Chinese company, but the service and product are excellent.
Fantastic service, Jill was exceptionally helpful; despite my tardy responses, product is excellent & arrived quickly - will use again :)
Jill was very responsive throughout the whole process even though we wanted multiple edits and versions on our end. Prompt and hassle-free delivery as well!
