Great service, no hidden fees, easy to order
We ordered some zippered 10oz cotton totes that were deeply discounted, for a teacher training. The quality of the bags and printing is excellent. Website was a little tricky - it was user error that caused the issue - but would have been nice if the error could have been flagged on the site. But their sales staff helped me in double-quick time, despite the short turn-around time and smaller order value. I did have to follow up about the delivery dates, but they acknowledged their error and express shipped the item so it arrived in time for our event.

Not the ideal experience
I wish this had been an easier process. I had been given the email to a rep and reached out directly. After not hearing back for multiple days, I went ahead and ordered online. He later replied and did help me to take advantage of the price I was contacting him about. However, it does not end there. I kept checking back for tracking and when I had not received it the two days before they were due to arrive, I called but I missed the hours by a few minutes (my fault). I called the next day and was informed the product was backordered! No one had contacted me even though there was a due by delivery date. At that point, the customer service rep I spoke to was very helpful and she helped me get another color since I had an event and timing mattered. The bags did arrive next day, which I appreciate. I was charged twice for the bags and had to contact them to refund the second charge. A lot of hands on attention, phone calls, and emails for an order that was supposed to be pretty simple.

LIKE ALWAYS, everything turned out amazing. The Rainier backpacks truly are a great product. With our recruiters traveling around from airplane to conferences they hold up. My experience was exceptional
My experience was exceptional. We had to call in because we were having connectivity issues. The representative assisting us was superb. The ordering process was great. Sent the logo in and received the proof back for approval within an hour after it was received. Today we received a ship date of July 13 for 200 clear backpacks with a logo. Exceptional customer service and satisfaction all around.

Helped Me Find A Better Solution!
I initially placed my order for a bag type that was not compatible with my needs. I immediately contacted my Account Manager, who asked what the most important elements were to me and offered me two alternatives that met my requirements, and actually ended up being less expensive! The bags arrived on-time and stress free, exactly as ordered. Will gladly do business with them again!
