Where do I begin? Taking these capsules is a miserable experience. To begin, you have to take six per day, three of each. Six!! That’s a lot of pills.
The size doesn’t phase me. I can take a handful of pills at a time, but not these. These capsules go down hard. I took two ten minutes ago with 1/3 bottle of Gatorade. I literally can still feel them going down. It’s so uncomfortable. I’d actually say it hurts.
As if that wasn’t enough, the vegetable capsules taste horrible. I’ve hidden them in yogurt and taken them with various beverages, but nothing disguises the disgusting vegetable after taste.
I can not believe the hype on the commercials. Taking this product has been a horrendous experience. Today was my last attempt. The bottle is over half gone. I’ve tried, but into the trash they are going.

Elderly Buyers beware
Elderly Buyers beware. This company seems to prey on unhealthy or elderly buyers and make it extremely difficult to cancel. Elderly mom with dementia somehow got on this subscription and they kept sending her supplements for two years at $70/month. She is on a SS income. She could not figure out how to cancel.
If timeshare sales were a crappy supplement you would see this product.

Almost all of the positive reviews are written by employees. Employees are strongly encouraged to write positive reviews on sites to garner more sales.
I used to work there- I saw firsthand how unethical this company is. Want to cancel? Your account is not going to be cancelled but put “on hold” for several months. Suddenly out of the blue, you will be charged for an order you thought you had cancelled. Surprise!
Also, the company supports Scientology. If you enjoy your money being funneled into a human trafficking cult, this is the company for you.
Still not enough? “Dr” Howard is anti vaccine. The term “dr” should be used loosely as he is a chiropractor, not an MD. He also took his entire family to the Jan 6 insurrection.

Balance of nature have become so big and large, that the consumer and customer service doesn't matter anymore. I'm out of my monthly supply. I call customer service in the guy was so rude. In disrespectful, hey, I get my military check on the 1st of every month. So the date is the 21st. I asked him, how could I be out basically? He said, you're out and that's not my concern. I can start a new building cycle with you today. But today is, may the 21st. The first is over a week and a 1 from now. So I canceled my prescription into the customer service agent. It was like, okay on to the next call really disrespectful. I ask for supervisor say the supervisor said. They give me a discount for $45. You know, I just want to let you know how unprofessional rude and disrespectful. The customer service agent was today.

My experience after a year
I have been using the product for over a year now and it has been amazing. I feel healthier, have more energy, and my stomach issues that I have had for over 8 years have improved to the point that it no longer bugs me.
Balance of nature is a good company full of good people. I have been taking the products for a few months and have appreciated the ability to get more fruits and veggies in my diet.

I have been using Balance of Nature products for almost 6 years now. I have had horrible allergies every spring since I was young. They were painful and the worst time of the year for me. I started taking Balance of Nature and I noticed that my allergies were almost non-existent. April and May stopped being such a daunting time to a time where I could enjoy sitting outside. I have turly enjoyed taking these products!
I’ve had a really great experience with Balance of Nature! I’ve noticed better energy throughout the day and just feel healthier overall. The Fiber & Spice has especially helped a ton with my gut health. Definitely something I’ve been happy adding to my routine!
The Balance of Nature products have been an amazing product for my whole family and me! My husband and I truly do not eat a wide enough variety of fruits and vegetables, even though I know they are good for me. These supplements help fill in all those gaps and are my secret weapon as a mom with picky kids. You can sneak fruits and vegetables into any dish! Also, we recently started ordering the freeze-dried fruit, and they are sooooo good! Mango is my favorite 😍
I had started a subscription with the recent 1yr discount. Received my first order, the Fiber and Spice was completely intolerable. I couldn't force it down if I tried. I noticed a swap option, called to see if I could do that and keep discount. It was not told to me only first order os eligible for return, but if I took fiber off I would have to pay full price for the two bottles. I had thought I cancelled subscription because paying full price wasnt affordable. I found out thru the Shop app that my shipment would be shipping soon. I called bal nat and they apparently my sub wasnt cancelled, I swear I did, but guess not. Card hadn't been charged yet but then the guy said it was in process of getting ready to ship and could not cancel. If it hadnt shipped and I hadn't been charged yet, i feel I could of cancelled, a quick phone call on their part could of fixed the issue. So now Ive been charged. Just not happy about process. Googled and there are numerous complaints made to BBB about different issues in return process

Not Good
Being a diabetic I never eat fruit because of all the sugar content in fruit and I realized that Balance if Nature is the same. I tried it and my blood sugar numbers spiked like crazy.....fruits and veggies are good for you as long as your not diabetic. Balance of Nature not good!

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I purchased from direct from balance of nature with a subscription. Decided I did not want to continue the service and cancelled. After cancelling I still received the order and they would not allow a return. Furthermore, I tried listing it on eBay to recoup a least a little of my money back. They filed a counterfeit claim against me saying the items were fake that I purchased from them and proof of purchase was not enough. Stay far away from this company.

Do the math and see for yourself
A friend bought a month's supply of Balance of Nature for $89, and took the recommended daily dose of 6 capsules (3 fruit, 3 veggies) for two weeks. He told me that he felt no benefit and figured Balance of Nature was a scam. He gave me the remaining 2-week supply and said, "You try it". I took the 6-capsule daily dose until they were gone and also didn't notice any positive effect, but I figured that maybe you had to take it for a longer period before you felt better. Before I placed an $89 order, I did the math and came up with shocking results.
I checked the Balance of Nature website, did a few Google searches and found that the recommended daily serving of six capsules weighs between 2.4 and 4 grams - I used 3 grams for my calculations. They claim that each capsule contains the powder resulting from the extraction of the 90% water that is in the fresh produce. Here's the math I did...
There are 28grams in one ounce, so a 3-gram daily dosage is about one tenth of an ounce. In order to produce that tenth of an ounce of powder, they would have had to extract the 90% of water from about 1.11 ounces of fresh produce. (1.11×90%= 1 oz).
What?? That means the daily recommended dosage of Balance of Nature only gives you the equivalent of an ounce of fresh fruit and vegetables! An apple weighs about 8 ounces. So a WEEK'S worth of Balance of Nature capsules contains the same amount of powder as a single dehydrated apple! How could that tiny amount of fruits and vegetables help anyone's health? And for $89 a month? Needless to say, I decided not to waste my money on Balance of Nature.

Why would you believe anything this company says. Look at reviews before you subscribe. This comes off as a very disrespectful and dishonest company. We need to stop supporting this type business. Hopefully someday we can get back to people with some type of integrity and honesty
This company is definitely one to stay away from. I thought I would try this product to see if I could benefit from it, but finally figured out I wasn’t. They also are deceptive in product delivery.
The product started coming on a regular basis, and just as you get accustomed to this deliver is when they start changing deliveries. The deliveries start coming sooner and sooner, until your supply starts building up, and they are charging your account more than once a month. At one point, I had enough product for three months. When I contacted the company to stop delivery for three months, they attempted to apply a pressure tactic and claimed they couldn’t do that. When I gave them the choice of holding my orders for this time period or canceling it altogether, they held the delivery for the three months.
After the deliveries started up again, I began tracking the deliveries more closely. Everything was fine for awhile. But then I began to see the product arriving a few days earlier each month, to the point I had product delivery within a short time of receiving the previous delivery.
I also started counting the capsules in the bottles, because there seemed to be an inconsistency in the amount in each bottle. I noticed some bottles contained the correct amount and some didn’t. Usually less than a 30 day supply.
When I started experiencing stomach issues a few months ago, I began to track what I was consuming. I narrowed the issues down to coffee and balance of nature. I stopped the coffee, but continued to have the stomach issues. So I then stopped this product, and the stomach issues have began to subside. Definitely a product I wouldn’t take again.
The final issue with this company is with their customer service, which they ship to a foreign county. They are very rude, and will not listen to you. All they continue to do is throw pressure tactics at you , in an attempt to keep you from canceling your order. If I could rate them at a zero, I would.
