250g spools are a scam. Good product

It came quickly. Tutorial to build was easy to follow. User manual and ability to print is very easy from Bambu lab app. Removing 1 star because I spent 100$ for 250g spools that are incompatible with AMS and had to waste 300g filament making them compatible using a device. Do not buy under 1kg spools.

Faulty printer supplied

Faulty printer supplied. It is taking a long time to get the faulty printer replaced. And this was for a child’s birthday present.

Almost impossible to navigate the…

Almost impossible to navigate the website and purchase $4000 of supplies, and then the most important part never arrived. Still have not gotten a sensible reply from customer service that gives me any confidence at all. Why would you allow this feedback form to even reach me before my printer? Are the bots running the show now?

The invoice was single

The invoice was single, while the order was divided into 3 parcels. I tried to import it to Armenia and still waiting for the customs to release.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and delays you are experiencing with Armenian customs due to the single invoice for your split parcels. We have noted your experience for our future logistics and shipping optimization.

Bambu has been pretty good to me

Bambu has been pretty good to me. One thing i have noted is that printing on the x1c and x2d a tall straw like shape i can only do 1 at a time as it always topples another tower and begins pooping everywhere. Need like a brim but a rafted brim that can be thin layers compared to raft but also adjustable radius would be good for taller have a larger base on it. Would take up more space but could do more than 1 tower at a time then

Everything works well with your Team

Everything works well with your Team. Only thing is delivery time of stuff is too long . Nevertheless i’m happy to work with bambulab printer. I would appreciate some Sample Slicer settings for really hard to plot surfaces especially regarding the support of trees and painting of supports as well as the direction of these ones. Additionally a Z-Contouring settings need to be applied please.
