I had an issue with CM entries not posting to the GL. Unable to resolve on my own, I reached out to Bangert for help. While I entered this as "medium" urgency, I was quickly contacted and assured that the issue was not as big as I feared and an easy fix. Bojan took control of the system and within minutes, the issue was resolved. Anxiety relieved. Thank you!

Exceptional Coordination and Support
Tracey was a tremendous help in resolving this ticket. Rather than just type, send a link, or screenshot instructions, all of which are typical in my experience, Tracey recorded a quick video that showed me exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue. The video was far more effective, and I was able to fix my problem quickly and move on.

First of all, Bangert responded to our request in a timely manner. Kevin is so knowledgeable with the process of server migration for Sage 300 CRE.
