Your order was successfully processed and shipped, and the tracking information shows a complete logistics history from dispatch to the destination country. The package reached the local courier and was out for delivery on January 20. According to the carrier’s tracking updates, the delivery attempt failed due to an address issue, and the parcel was later returned to the local warehouse. When the delivery attempt failed, our team already contacted you and suggested that you get in touch with the local courier to arrange redelivery or resolve the address issue. Unfortunately, the parcel could not be successfully delivered afterward. Hello, We would like to clarify again to avoid any misunderstanding. We have responded to all of your emails throughout this process. There has been no period where your inquiries were ignored. The package was successfully dispatched to the German address you personally requested via email. Delivery attempts were made multiple times, and our team informed you accordingly. The failed delivery occurred because you had already returned to Poland and were unavailable for signature — this was not due to any shipping error or product issue. Despite this, we offered a solution to reship the package to Poland with shared shipping costs as a goodwill gesture. This proposal remains reasonable and fair. A full refund is not applicable in this situation because the order was shipped correctly to the address provided. We are still willing to resolve this matter constructively.
