Guarantee is worthless …
Guarantee is worthless they do not honor it. Product male functions. On the fact they will not honor their guarantee I would stay away from them.
I bought a geek vape and their guarantee is worthless. They don't honor it
I bought a geek vape. After 21 days it started malfunctioning. I changed the pid but it was still malfunctioning on and off. I tried returning it with the receipt and was refused so I tried with the guarantee. It took me hours to write take pictures send emails and do the whole process. Day after day they would ask more things. In the end the guarantee was worthless. After making me do everything they stop contacting me. One of the worst companies I ever dealt with
